Reinstalled Windows 7 or Windows 8 or Windows 10 on your Lenovo Notebook and found a driver missing? Then you are not alone. I also experienced the same on our Lenovo Notebook. Once I reinstalled Windows, I downloaded all drivers from Lenovo driver download page and installed. However, one of the device was still showing as Unknown device.
To find more information on this device, I double clicked on the “Unknown device” and checked the “Details” tab for Hardware IDs and found the following:

These Device IDs belong to Lenovo Energy Management Driver and can be downloaded from the driver download page of your Lenovo Notebook.
Ensure that you download driver from the download page of your Lenovo Notebook. There are different versions of Lenovo Energy Management Driver available and not all versions are compatible with all Lenovo notebooks.

The device ID ACPI\PC2004 is for the Lenovo Energy Management and this driver can be downloaded from driver download page of your Notebook. If the driver is not available for your Windows version, please try using older version of this driver in Compatibility mode.
