Driver for Device ID: PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_16TI

Today,  while I was chatting in Computer Chat room, one of the guest (New user) asked me about a Network card driver. To find what is the make and model number of a Network card we asked for the Device ID/Hardware ID from Device Manager. The provided IDs are :

VEN_14E4 is for Broadcom but I was not sure the exact model number of this LAN/Ethernet card. 🙁

Broadcom 57XX Gigabit Integrated Controller

The guest (Chat user) is using DELL OptiPlex GX620 Desktop. So spend time in checking Dell driver section for any Broadcom Network driver. Voila!, I found the correct Windows XP driver for this network card. We installed it and it worked perfect. 😀

If you have any unknown device in Device manager with Device ID PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_16TI, you can Click here to Download Windows XP driver of Broadcom 57XX Gigabit Integrated Controller.

Even if you do not have a Dell Desktop but if Device IDs are of , still you can go ahead and try the above said driver for Windows XP. Ideally, it should work. If you own a DELL OptiPlex GX620 Desktop PC and you would like to download all the drivers for Windows XP, then please Click here to find all drivers on Dell website.
